How do I request it?

Delivery time
Within approximately 6 months of submitting the delivery request, or from the time that the degree certificate arrives at the university, if later.
We will notify you when your degree certificate has been sent. Contact the sending organization to arrange to collect it.
NB
You will receive an email when the degree certificate is available.
When?
One year (eighteen months) from the date the request was made.

To collect your degree certificate: Valid passport
of national identity card.

Can someone else collect it on my behalf?
Yes, but they must have a document signed by a notary giving them express authorization to pick up the certificate, along with their passport or national identity card, plus a copy of your own identity document.
