Restaurant Brands Europe, the largest organised restaurant operator in Europe with over 1,400 restaurants and a presence in Spain, Portugal and Italy through brands such as Burger King, Popeyes and Tim Hortons, has opened applications for its Young Talent Programme, starting in September 2026.
The programme is designed to accelerate your professional development from day one, offering a 12-month journey beginning with an immersive training phase in a restaurant, followed by rotations through two or three strategic areas of the company. There is a real possibility of continued employment, and for high-potential candidates, international mobility.
Placement areas include Operations, Marketing and Growth, Finance, Legal and HR, Technology and Data, and Training and Quality.
