Programa Talento Joven Sanitas
Sanitas has launched its 2026 Young Talent Programme, offering a one-year contract, training and projects that will have a real impact on the healthcare sector.
If you’ve just completed your bachelor’s, master’s, or vocational training and want to take your first professional step at one of Spain’s leading healthcare companies, Sanitas has opened applications for its 2026 Young Talent Program.
The programme offers a one-year paid employment contract, providing the opportunity to work on impactful projects within an international company. Sanitas is part of the Bupa Group, which operates in many countries. No prior experience is required as the programme is specifically designed to support you in taking that first step.
Throughout the year, you will receive training in soft skills and key tools. You will also enjoy a hybrid work model with flexible start and end times, health insurance, meal vouchers and access to a gym and physical therapy at the headquarters.
The programme is open to a wide range of backgrounds: Marketing, Communication and Journalism; Health Sciences, Environment, Biotechnology and Quality; Business Administration and Economics; Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Science, Mathematics and Physics; and vocational training in Oral Hygiene, Marketing, Commerce or Sales Management. The only requirement is that you have completed your studies within the last three years (five years for individuals with a disability certificate). The programme is 100% inclusive.
