How can a title be collected?

Apply for your degree

The first thing you need to do is to apply for your official qualification through the certificates and degree requests platform.

You will receive an email when the degree certificate is available.

When?

One year (eighteen months) from the date the request was made.

Where?

At the academic secretary's office of the university where you have completed your studies, by appointment. You must have a Valid passport or national identity card to pick it up.

FAQs

Can someone else collect it on my behalf?

Yes, but they must have a document signed by a notary giving them express authorization to pick up the certificate, along with their passport or national identity card, plus a copy of your own identity document.

Where can an official degree certificate be sent?

Spain

To the Government Delegation or Sub-delegation in an autonomous community (€25).

Abroad

Abroad, to a Spanish Embassy or Consulate (€100).

Sending official qualifications to embassies or consulates abroad.
Sending official diplomas to government delegations in Spain.

Delivery time

Within approximately 6 months of submitting the delivery request, or from the time that the degree certificate arrives at the university, if later.
